Hello friends and welcome to Waffle Flower Crafts September Challenge!!!
This month's challenge is about Fall favorites and my absolute favorite are leaves!!!
From today until September 11, Tracy Ware, Begoña Arnaiz and I will challenge you to create some projects using leaves in your projects.
I created two projects so as to give you some inspiration:
This project features the Spring dies. This set has some gorgeous leaves dies which you can use all year round. Maybe the leaf I used for this project is not the typical fall leave but I love it so much that I sprayed it using Media Gloss sprays in different colors and the tucked them in the circles of the Quilt Circle Panel Die. I also used the A2 Piercing Panel die for some dimension.
For this project I used the Maple Leaf Background stencil. I used some non traditional colors to apply to these leaves but I wanted to achieve a different look. Then I made a shaker card using the Nesting Hexagon Dies and tacked some gold and white glitter cardstock leaves under this Hexagon die. The sentiment is from the set Thank You.
