Pinkfresh Studio “Kindness in Bloom” Release Blog Hop

Hello friends,

Pinkfresh Studio Kindsness in bloom release is live and you won't want to miss it. There's something for everyone, frame dies, stencils and dies to create scenes and of course flowers.

To celebrate this release, I've created several cards using the new Kindness in Bloom press plate, stencils, and coordinating dies.

For my first project I created this framed card using the new Fancy Rectangles Frame dies. I stacked three of these gorgeous frames to create some dimension. I set it aside to add glimmer silver foil to the Kindness in Bloom press plate. Since my glimmer foil system was on, I went ahead and foiled several flowers because I wanted to make sure I had plenty to color. I used several colors: Sweet Mustard, Sunrise, Mimonsa, Apricot, Clementine, Grassy Knoll, Olive, Eucalyptus, Waterfall, Turquoise, Soft lilac, Candy Apple and Raspberry Bliss,

For this project I used the large flower of the set. I colored three of them with Sunrise and Apricot, Waterfall and Turquoise and Candy Apple. For the leaves I mixed Grassy know with Eucalyptus and then added some Olive ink.

Of course I had to use the Kindness in Bloom stamp to create some white heat embossed flowers and also stamped this set of flowers in Waterfall ink onto and A2 panel. I created a backdrop for my front panel dry embossing the Stippled Press Plate and foam mounted my Fancy rectangle frames on top. I adhered this piece onto my stamped A2 panel, trimmed it a bit and adhered it onto a light blue card base.

All I had left to do was to tucked my flowers under the frame and add my sentiment.

Following the same process I created another frame with the same Dotted Fancy Frame dies. For this design and colored this lovely flowers from the set five times. I colored the center piece of my rectangle frame with Waterfall ink and foam mounted it onto an A2 notecard I had dry embossed with the Charming Stitched florals coverplate die. I also arranged my flowers inside my frame creating an arch. As a final touch I added some Silver Metallic pearls.

For my third project, I created four small frames using the new Dotted Fancy Frame dies. I colored these beautiful daisies (I'd like to think they are daisies) matching the colors of the frames. I foiled my card front with opal glimmer foil using the Diagonal Plaid Press Plate and foam mounted my frames on top.

For my final project, I used the largest of the Dotted Fancy Frame dies to create a thin black frame, added some texture paste with the Border stencils and arrranged all my flowers inside my frame.
