Hello friends! The wait is over, Pinkfresh Studio January release is finally here!
To celebrate this release we are having a fantastic Blog Hop and I wanted to share with you the new Stylized Florals die and stencil set:
This set is fabulous and so ingenious! Instead of die cutting different colors of cardstock, I started ink blending an A2 piece of white cardstock with the coordinating stencils. I limited my color palette to yellow, orange, blue and green. I new I wanted to arrange these florals in the upper left and bottom right corners of a horizontal card so I chose beforehand the color to each flower.
To color these flowers I used Sweet Mustard, Lemon Whip, Marigold, Sunkissed, Mimosa, Citron, Waterfall, Turquoise, Fresh Pear, Grassy Knoll and Key Lime.
Once I colored all the flowers, the flower centers and the leaves I adhered them to the base of each cluster.
For my base panel I used the largest die of the Stitched Blancket Rectangle set and before adhering the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle die set in a vibrant blue cardstock I added a white die cut piece cut out of the Secret Garden die on top of a dry embossed panel with the Lush Vines Foil Plate. Then I just glued my clusters of flowers in the corners and the sentiment from the Sending Love Stamp Set.
Lastly I added some Ice clear drops:
I hope this designs inspires you!
