Pinkfresh Studio “Here for You” Release Blog Hop

Happy Tuesday friends!

I'm so exited to be celebrating Pinkfresh Studio "Here for you release " today with a fabulous Blog Hop.

Among all the gorgeous from these release, there is one that particularly caught my eye: Garden Party.

This is another product suite that has a set of stencils and a coordinating die sold separately. I specially love the clean look of the final flower or leaf using the stencils because when you ink a die cut piece of paper, the ink gets into the nooks and crannies creating almost invisible but still noticeable effect.

Let me show you the card I created for today's blog hop:

For this project, I first used the new Dainty Floral Plate Press Plate with a Spellbinders Porcelain A2 Cotton paper notecard. The detail that this beautiful press plate creates is spectacular. Since this press plate has an oval shape, I decided to decorate it with leaves.

I used the Garden die Stencil set to color these leaves and it was really faster that you'd think . This stencil in particular, enables you to color quite a few leaves all at once so I chose some happy colors and inked up four leaves of each color and some small flowers all at the same time.

Once I die cut all these leaves, I arranged them around the oval frame line of my Dainty Floral Press Plate cardstock piece adding some glue and double sided foam adhesive to secure them. To add some extra detail to this wreath I also added the small flowers I had also colored and a few Iridescent clear drops.

To finish up this card, I stamped my sentiment with Detail Black ink and foam mounted the sentiment in the center of the wreath. I used the new Here for you stamp set. I just adore the font of these sentiments. I foam mounted this panel onto a light cream cardbase and since I was going for a clean look I didn't add any extra element to this card.
