Pinkfresh Studio Delightful Release Blog Hop

Pinkfresh Studio has just released some amazing products (again) in this release and I am so happy to be sharing with you today some inspiration along with some other talented crafters

There are four suite products in this release all of them including: stamps, coordinating dies, coordinating stencils and Betterpress plates. There are also two super versatile stand alone press plates; the Diagonal Press Plate and the Plaid Press Plate and one stand alone stencil set; Overlapping Geometric Stencils.

Today I'm showcasing the gorgeous set called Never Give up:

I started out my project by applying Matte Silver Glimmer Foil to the Never Give up Betterpress plate.

I used the coordinating stencils to apply color to my image using Pinkfresh Studio inks: Sunkissed, Mimosa, Cherry Blossom, Peony and Begonia to the flowers and Grassy Knoll, Eucaliptus and Olive for the leaves and stems. As you can see in the picture, I carefully blended the colors to create a gradient effect.

Next up I used the Slim Stitched Scalloped Slimline die to create a backdrop to my flower. I cut out this panel to create a smaller card, so it matched with the size of the main image.

I used the Dotted Petals Press Plate with Begonia ink to add some interest to to my background and foam mounted my white slimline die cut piece on top of this panel. I also added double sided foam adhesive to the back of my flower and adhered it on top. I couldn't help but using some flowers from the Butterfly Garden set heat embossed onto vellum. I tucked these under the small flowers of the main image and glued some Silver Metallic pearls for some shine.

The sentiment is white heat embossed on black cardstock, and it is from the same Never Give up stamp set.

For my card base I used a light orange cardstock.

I had so much fun creating this card that I decided to color another image, also with Matte Silver glimmer foil:

To color this image I used: Ballet Slipper, Sparkling Rose, Candy Apple, Soft Lilac, Candy Violet, Peony and Regal Kiss for the flowers and Sage, Eucalyptus and Spruce Tips for the leaves and stem.

As in my previous card, I made sure to overlap the colors for some fun effect. I used the new Plaid Press Plate with the Pink Glimmer foil from the Satin Pastels Variety Pack to add some extra color and texture to the backgrond.

For the front panel, I created an opening with the Nested Arch dies and applied some subtle texture with the Plaid Press Plate using Opal Glimmer Foil. To achieve this plaid effect, you have to run the press plate with the foil and paper as you usually do and then turn the plate carefully 90º, add some foil and the same cardstock already foil. It's very easy!

Finally I tucked some Glitter leaves I had cut out from Glacier glitter cardstock using the Curvy Foliage Die and added some Silver Metallic Pearls.

For the sentiment, I white heat embossed on black cardstock this phrase from the Joyful day stamp set.

I wanted to mention that we are celebrating Pinkfresh Studio 10th year anniversary this month and there is an amazing freebie for the release. It's A2 sized press plate called Make a wish.

This freebie will be added to your cart without adding any coupon code. It will show up for qualified to $50+ orders purchase while supplies last
